Covert Human Intelligence Sources (Criminal Conduct) Bill.

 I wrote to my MP about the spycops bill, and in his reply, he said:

"It is unlawful for any public authority to act in a way that is incompatible with the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), and the legislation makes clear that nothing in the Bill detracts from a public authority’s obligations under the Human Rights Act. Therefore, an act that would be incompatible with the ECHR could not lawfully be granted under this Bill."

What a load of shit, because later in his reply he said, 

"I am aware of the suggestion that listing specific crimes permitted or prohibited would be a way of offering extra safeguards. I do not believe this would be appropriate. This approach would place in the hands of criminals, terrorists and hostile states a means of identifying agents and sources, creating a potential checklist for suspected CHIS to be tested against. This would place CHIS at personal risk."

Well, the test is easy now innit, Crims, and terrorists just make the "operatives" violate the ECHR, and there we go.

Let me start by saying I don't care about what the security services do to keep us safe from national and international threats. 

What I care about is the police and all the random other authorities that can now break the law.

From the bill:

The police currently don't abide by the EU human rights anyway, and you are giving them all this extra power? 

For example

Right to free speech?  Nope, police don't abide by that, and parliament doesn't care. Cause god help us if someone's feelings are hurt. Or you make a sound that could be deemed offensive. 

Right to silence? Nope, Tony did away with that, and you lot did nothing to restore it. 

Right to a private life? Nope, You had a tail put on everyone online activity, except your own. How telling. 

Right to free movement? Nope, and this was before all these covid laws, the police could pull you over and demand your papers, just like the gestapo. 

So you said:

So my dear unrepresentative MP, I take what you said about respecting our rights, and I don't believe a word. 

And let Boris know that I am deeply disappointed in the dictatorship his government is turning into. Because I voted Boris, not Alok. 

May the next election be a bloodbath. (figuratively speaking of course, and I hate that I have to qualify that just incase your bullies in blue take it the wrong way)

A letter to all MP's

As usual, a big company absolutely screws its postmasters, and there will be no justice, and no proper compensation for lost livelihoods and even the lives that were lost.  

Sick of it. 

So many issues to sort out:

Launch a proper inquiry into the Fujitsu Horizon post office scandal.

Abolish the blairite traitorous supreme court.

Stop the police investigating themselves. Form a Public prosecutions authority who will can prosecute the police, the CPS, and even politicians for law breaking. Or are they going to remain above the law?

Abolish the BBC Tax. 

Prosecute all those involved in turning a blind eye to the child grooming scandal.  Or because they are police and politicians they are above the law? 

So much wrong, and you all do NOTHING to make it right.
